To our extended Complete Care at Green Acres Family and Friends,
Please be advised that two residents and 1 staff member have tested positive for COVID 19 today and are feeling good at this time. All covid positive residents are placed in isolation.
To prevent or reduce transmission of this virus, Complete Care at Green Acres adheres to all CMS/New Jersey Department of Health guidelines as well as all CDC recommendations.
